We should all be so fortunate to be able to take Monday and make it a day of rejuvenation especially for those who are true Weekend Warriors...Can't seem to make that necessary schedule change? No worries it;s more of a state of mind and a call to action...While everyone else runs off to the Gym I tell my athletes take this day and do something different, do something for yourself, do something fun! Just get out of the gym and let the rats have their race...
